My Life in Real Estate

I have been involved in the sale of real estate in Los Angeles approaching 20 years. I grew up in Los Angeles and have observed all areas of the City evolve. The areas that I have been most active in both listing properties for sale and lease and representing buyers and potential lessees in finding properties are: the Hollywood Hills, Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Holmby Hills, the Beverly Hills Post Office, Hancock Park, Los Feliz, Sherman Oaks and Malibu .

I first began as an agent with Alvarez Hyland, & Young, a small office that specialized in Beverly Hills. Architecture has always been fascinating to me and for many years I worked with the firm Mossler, Deasy & Doe.

I take time with clients and do not rush the decision making process – the purchase of property is the most important use of money – a home is where a family is raised, where holidays are spent and, of course, where you live. My client’s money is not my money. Getting the optimum price for a client’s home is always on my mind – whether it’s the sale or the purchase.

Most of my clients come to me by referral. I do not “market” myself or my clients! I strongly protect their privacy and confidentiality. My clients work with me because I take care of them and because I work hard for them.
