Paul’s real estate career began over seven years ago in Beverly Hills and he was immediately one of the most active members of the Westside real estate community. His forte in real estate is in working with individual clients and their specific needs on a very focused and engaging basis, and to produce the best results for those specific client’s needs. He has been involved in many of the most important sales in each neighborhood because of his attention to details and to the client.

Paul specializes in homes from Santa Monica and the Palisades, to Studio City, Westwood, Beverly Hills Post Office, Beverly Hills, Bel Air, West Hollywood, Sunset Hills, Los Feliz and the Wilshire District.

As background to his Real Estate career, Paul graduated from Wesleyan University in Connecticut in 1982 with three degrees: English, History, and Dance Performance Studies. Paul studied further at NYU Tisch School of the Arts before becoming a full time professional dancer. His career included work with many formative choreographers of the time including Twyla Tharp, Bill T Jones, Dan Wagoner, Merce Cunningham, and Paul Taylor. His performance career spanned over 14 years throughout the world while based in New York. Paul has spent time working and living in almost every continent of the world and now resides full time in Los Angeles.

His work is diligent, honest, straightforward and energetic.
