Sevak Kachadurian is a well-recognized and highly respected real estate broker. Sevak began his real estate career at the age of seventeen in which he acquired government properties with his father. A year later he obtained his real estate license and started working with a prominent real estate firm emphasizing in residential sales. Sevak then graduated from California State University Los Angeles with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate and Finance.
In 1991, Sevak became the Vice President of American Land Liquidators, Inc. His area of expertise was the acquisition of land through various county tax sales and their resale by means of land auctions, open and accessible to the general public.
From 1993 to 1996, as an independent broker, Sevak sold numerous homes in the Beverly Hills and Bel Air areas.  In 1994 he represented a buyer in a notorious purchase of a $25 million dollar commercial center. 

In 1996, Mr. Kachadurian started working with Coldwell Banker Previews International in the Beverly Hills office, one of the top ranking offices nationwide. The results were extremely positive in the upscale residential market, where he participated in the sale of luxurious multi-million dollar houses.

Currently he at Westside Estate Agency, the most elite real estate company in Beverly Hills and the Westside.

Sevak´s client basis covers the local and extended markets. His international client contacts consist of Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Lebanon and other Middle Eastern countries, as well as France, Spain, Belgium, and other European countries.
