Tony Barsocchini grew up in Malibu, attended school in both Malibu and the Westside.  He initially went to Architecture school for 2 years, and then made the transition into real estate. 

His father is a renowned architect who has been designing custom homes landside and on the beach in Malibu for over 30 years.  With brother Nick who also an architect, mother has Master’s degree in business; both work for his father’s architecture firm.

Tony began working as an agent at Coldwell Banker with one of their top producing teams and shortly after he closed a high-end lease and a 2.4 million dollar escrow.   Always driven to move forward and succeed Tony joined Westside Estate Agency’s new office in Malibu.  “It was chance to take what I’ve learned to the next step and work with a highly skilled group of professionals.  They are like a playoff team day in day out.”

For Tony, being exposed to job sites in Malibu at an early age definitely sparked a strong interest in real estate.   “I’ve seen everything to remodels on the beach to prime acreage in Malibu’s exclusive neighborhoods.  Growing up in Los Angeles is a great strength when it comes to locating a property for a client.   I’ve have a client who leased near the beach one year, and the Hollywood Hills the next. 

He is currently working with clients who are building custom homes as owner occupied or placing them for later sale.
