Karen has her degree in Business Administration which enables her to offer expert problem-solving techniques as well as negotiating skills. She also attended The Interior Design Institute in Los Angeles followed by UCLA's Interior Design program.

Karen Bredice was born, raised and still resides in Southern California. After more than 40 years as a local resident, she has an unsurpassed depth and appreciation for our beach and Westside communities and their special subtleties.
