Coming into his second year with Westside Estate Agency, Lou Melazzo partners up with Stephen Resnick. Together they focus on the Westside territory of the greater Los Angeles area. Working side-by-side with Stephen Resnick, Lou is responsible for maintaining knowledge of current real estate opportunities while ensuring superior servicing to the golden ring of their high-profiled clientèle.

Lou’s background includes former General Manager of Beau Brummel – a high-end European men’s store in New York City’s Soho District, as well as, Louis Clothing on Sunset Plaza.

After a brief sabbatical in New York, Melazzo returned to Los Angeles and landed a highly-visible position with a prominent theatrical talent management firm. There he was able to garner notoriety and establish exposure to yet another network of esteemed individuals.
