What Is Your Real Estate Background?
WEA has been my home since the beginning of my licensed real estate career, but I first learned the ins and outs of investing in real estate through my parents’ interest in single-family rental homes on the East Coast.
Please Share Any Other Business Expertise Or Experience You Have:
Being a professional actress since age six and getting to know all the characters I played on a personal level, I became very adept at figuring out how other people think, what they want and what is in their best interest for their lifestyle needs. Traveling nationally as a performer, I also became very aware of how important it is to achieve balance — that is, having a home strong enough to serve as a base for work and a second that is relaxing enough to serve as a base for refueling.
What Type Of Buyer Is Your Specialty?
Someone with unique needs and wants. I love the challenge of finding properties that will fit the individual characteristics of the buyer in a way that complements the person and the lifestyle that person leads.
What Kind Of Seller Is Your Specialty?
LA is filled with business-savvy people who naturally make great sellers and make it easy to work with as their real estate agent. Nonetheless, it can still be an emotional and nerve-wracking process and my specialty is easing the stress in tough situations and helping to increase the odds of a quick sale.
What Are Your Hobbies/Interests?
Volunteering every week has been an essential part of my life. Most of my work has been in the mental health field (honored to have recently received the Youth Leather and Youth Empowerment Award Winner from the National Alliance on Mental Illness), but I have also been highly involved with children’s hospitals across the nation and raising money for the Children’s Miracle Network.
Are You Fluent In Any Other Languages Besides English?
I’m a dual citizen of Italy.
What Is Your Favorite City In The World Besides L.A.?
Vasto, in Southern Abruzzo, Italy. A hidden gem on a hilltop with panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea, it has a medieval center and gorgeous buildings dating back to the 14th century.
Three Words To Describe Your Real Estate Work Style:
Thorough, Fun, Discreet.
What Are Your Three Favorite Movies?
All About Eve, Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb, and La Vita e Bella (Life is Beautiful)
What Are Your Three Favorite Restaurants?
In LA: Sharksteeth, Rossoblu, and Vespertine for fine dining (hard to keep Jitlada off this list though–sometimes I just need that spice!). Outside LA: Shaya (New Orleans). Ristorante Il Riccio (Capri), The Girl and the Goat (Chicago but soon to be in LA!).
What Is Your Favorite Genre Of Music?
Being a “Gospel Female Vocalist of the Year” Winner within the CMA, I have a fondness and gratitude for gospel and country music (random fact: I also hold an international yodeling champion title…to the chagrin of my neighbors, I’m sure). And though I was the Soprano 1 at Carnegie Hall and the New York State Opera House while immersed in the classical world, I’m now mostly playing rap and hip-hop when singing in LA traffic.Return to Agents
