Singer-actor Joe Jonas is parting with his Los Angeles estate.
Jonas, the 26-year-old celebrity, who was once a part of the defunct Jonas Brothers singing group, offers his West Hollywood house for nearly $2.9 million, Variety reported. The singer bought the said posh property for almost $2.6 million over a year ago, noted the real estate blog.
Variety said that the 2,888-square-foot dwelling place, as described by the property’s advertisements, features three full bathrooms, two and a half bathrooms and three bedrooms, including a master suite that boasts a walk-in closet, a separate shower and a light-filled, marble-accented bathroom with double vanities and soaking tub.
The former Disney Channel star’s residence, which was built in the 1930s, display wonderful interior details like barrel-vaulted ceilings that create a more expansive living area underneath, stone fireplace to make the ambiance cozier and French doors that open to a terrace and provide a seamless indoor-outdoor entertaining.
Other living spaces the home offers are a media lounge, a living room, a dining room and a kitchen that comes with a center island, quality-grade stainless steel appliances, some cabinets and marble-lined counter tops. There is also a two-car garage, which the next owners may transform into a guest quarters.
The grounds showcase a shaded terrace, garden in the front and a simple but carefully manicured backyard. A grilling station, an outdoor dining area and a pool complete the grounds, which can also host a small swimming and barbecue party with friends.

New Band DNCE
Jonas just formed a band dubbed as DNCE, two years after his group with his brothers Nick and Kevin disbanded. On Sept 10, he teased a short video and audio on Instagram with “dnce” as the only caption, MTV noted. The clip showcased a catchy tune with only “D N C E” as the lyrics. The post ended with figures of three males and one woman near the shore and a voice saying “Ok” can be heard. MTV noted that Jin Joo, Cole Whittle and Jack Lawless are the other members of DNCE.
Billboard announced that DNCE released its first single titled “Cake by the Ocean.” Nick, Joe’s youngest brother, supported his older sibling’s new move.
