Domvs London is designing dedicated Champagne rooms in two of the three mega-mansions it has planned for an 11-acre site in The Park Bel Air, Los Angeles. Located between the living room and the kitchen, they will bring “the wine experience to a new level and provide residents with another space for entertaining”, according to Gavin Brodin, creative director and founder at Domvs London.
The third home, currently called Estate 2, will have a wine corridor. Building work has started on the 57,000-square-foot residence, which is on the market for US$115 million with Westside Estate Agency.
