With more than 20 years of experience, Johanna Falduto’s career in real estate spans from coast to coast. After a few years of living in New York, Johanna has returned to Los Angeles bringing home her creative energy, area expertise and sense of humor.

Growing up in Oak Brook, a suburb of Chicago, Johanna has fond memories of horseback riding and ice skating. She attended the University of Denver followed by the California College of Arts where she studied architectural design and interior design.

After graduating, Johanna’s love for music led her to open a music club in San Francisco where artists such as Santana, The Doobie Brothers, and Jefferson Airplane took the stage. But after a weekend visit to Los Angeles, Johanna knew Southern California was where she was meant to be.

Before real estate, Johanna began her career in the mortgage banking business managing an escrow company. It’s this insider knowledge of titles, appraisals and other backend documentation, coupled with Johanna’s education in design, that offers clients a unique and invaluable experience when buying and selling.

Today, you can find a few of Johanna’s clients on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, including Kevin Costner, Eartha Kitt, and Jay Leno. The list also includes Grammy award winners and renowned writers like Prince and Larry David.

Regardless of fame, Johanna’s goal is to make every client’s experience a fun one, which isn’t difficult given her familiarity and love for the Los Angeles area.

From Malibu to Hollywood Hills, people gravitate here where the weather forecast is always bright and where life feels a little more carefree. Some might call it a dream place to live, but Johanna can turn that dream into reality

Johanna currently lives in Beverly Hills with her husband. On Sunday mornings, you can find her swimming laps in the pool or taking her Samoyed husky, Audrey, for a walk around the neighborhood.
