I’ve been in the business for 15 years, and among other things have been an agent, the broker officer of an institutional-grade property investment and management company, the broker of record for Teles Properties and Training Director at KW Santa Monica.

Before real estate, I was a working screenwriter with projects at Disney, Paramount and Fox. I also worked in marketing, advertising and branding with clients that included Apple, Universal Studios, Fox Broadcasting, and Seagram’s/Diageo.

What Type Of Buyer Is Your Specialty?

I like them all. I enjoy being the one that makes the deal work for a buyer or seller. I also appreciate working with investors looking to build portfolios of single-family homes, condos and multi-family holdings. (I like talking about cap rates, depreciation and the mortgage interest deduction and seeing how the pieces fall into place.)

Cycling, great food, travel, and listening to random podcasts featuring paranoid conspiracy theorists.

Are You Fluent In Any Other Languages Besides English?

I speak enough Spanish, French, Italian, German, and Norsk to get me into trouble. But sadly, not fluent.

What Is Your Favorite City In The World Besides L.A.?

Nothing beats the incredible energy and pace of New York City, though if you twist my arm, I’d happily go to any town in the Siena region of Italy.
