Starting in the real estate business in 1996, Colin Keenan established himself as a respected leader in the real estate community. Arriving in Los Angeles with a degree in classical composition from Berklee School of Music, Colin started off as the part-time “copy boy” for legendary Brentwood Manager, Nancy Beckerman, while working at John Aaroe & Associates and Berkshire Hathaway.

Working his way up through many roles, Colin became licensed in 2000 and was named Associate Manager. In 2005, he became a licensed Broker and was soon selected for the role of Manager of Berkshire Hathaway’s Santa Monica Branch. After 2 years, he was approached by Teles Properties to run their Brentwood office and oversee compliance for the company.

After a 3-year stint running the Brentwood office for Nourmand & Associates, Colin accepted the role of Senior VP for Douglas Elliman, where he was Broker of Record and Manager of their Beverly Hills office. In 2019, Colin ran Rodeo Realty’s Brentwood office.
