Born in Spain, Ignacio moved to Malibu in 1995 and has been calling the sunny coastal town his beloved home for the last 25 years. His extensive knowledge of the local market and its unique history coupled with his love and appreciation for fine architecture naturally led him to work in real estate. An 11-year veteran, he has a business background in marketing and finance. In 2018 he was recognized as one of the top L.A. luxury brokers by The Real Deal magazine – for closing sales in excess of $35m for the year. Ignacio serves on the Board of Directors for the Malibu Association of REALTORS® (M.A.R.) –as acting Treasurer for the Association and Chairman of the Public Relations Committee. He also sits on the Finance Committee for the Combined Los Angeles/Westside Multiple Listing Service (the MLS).
